Mathias Apelt

Since April 2011, Mathias Apelt is the chef of our Park Restaurant. For his culinary art at his last two places of work, Villa Mittermeier in Rothenburg o.d. Tauber and Restaurant Tasca in Wiesbaden (Germany), he was awarded with one star of the Guide Michelin.

As a follower of Juan Amador, the 34 year old Mathias Apelt is very well familiar with the molecular gastronomy, but he created his own style for his cuisine - regional, modern, and light. The product itself is most important, and will be set masterly in scene.
