says Ingo Bockler. Coming from a family of caterers, he was fascinated by fragrances and aromas from very early on. One very inspiring step on his career ladder was working with Jörg Müller on the island of Sylt. Ingo Bockler has been a star bearer since 2002. He is committed to living and acting in
respectful harmony with nature and welcomes inspiring discussions with his guests.

Ingo Bockler is Chef de Cuisine in the Relais & Châteaux Hotel Hohenhaus in Herleshausen since 2004.
